A network of women ordained into the Anglican Church from across the Evangelical spectrum. We include and welcome into our number all ordained evangelical women, both permanent deacons and priests. We exist to support and pray for one another in ministry, seeking to learn from scripture, the Spirit and one another. We will seek to equip one another for ordained ministry in the Church, that the Church might be better equipped to fulfil her Gospel imperative. The acronym AWESOME contains the vision of the network for both priests and permanent deacons:

God is already doing awesome things through evangelical ordained women in the Anglican Church. He has called these women who can be described as awesome, because they are made in the image of an awesome God. Yet it is in Christ, and only in Christ, that any of us are able to be truly awesome. Our support of each other through the network encourages these biblically based ministries and helps equip us for serving Him in the mission of the Gospel, for His glory.
So the name of this network celebrates what God is doing through the evangelical women whom He has called to the ordained ministry and expresses clearly that it is not in our own strength that we serve God, but in his.
