Rev Hennie Johnston
Rev Hennie Johnston (E-mail me)
Networks Co-ordinator… Hennie Johnston is Associate Vicar in the Birmingham Diocese, and prior to that was curate at Holy Trinity Church in the City centre of Coventry. She trained at Cranmer Hall, Durham, and before that worked as Pastoral Director of a church in London for five years, having worked for 14 years at the House of Commons for a Member of Parliament. Very different change of direction some might think? But not really – constituents or church goers all need to know the love of God’! Not surprising then that I am passionate in seeing lives being transformed through the love, healing and forgiveness of God. Hobbies include travel (with a special love for Africa, and anywhere hot!); walking (especially in the highlands of Scotland); swimming (preferably in a hot sea, but usually in a pool!); and having friends around for a good meal with drinkable wine! Oh, and my four year old dog called Chanty says ‘Hello’.
